The Non-Banking Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority (NBFIRA) has issued a warning the public against using the services of FS Global Properties, a crypto trading platform which claims to provide services related to a virtual token exchange and facilitating the exchange between virtual assets and fiat currency.
According to NBFIRA, the platform is operating without a licence from the Regulatory Authority to provide virtual asset business services therefore, the business and its representatives are operating illegally.FS Global Properties Limited Botswana has been directed to cease and desist operations.
