The Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) has appointed Kopano Bolokwe as interim CEO. Bolokwe assumed the role held by Thapelo Tsheole who will be leaving the bourse at the end of the month.
Bolokwe is currently the Head of Product Development at the exchange and holds an MBA from the University of Botswana.
"The BSEL Board expresses its unwavering support for Kopano and looks forward to his leadership in continuing to enhance the exchange's value proposition to our stakeholders and the global investment community," BSE said in a statement.
Bolokwe will commence his duties on May 1.
