As of 22 April, the Chema-Chema program has approved P3.4 million in loans to 447 applicants. Over 15,000 applications have been received via the program's online portal.
From the 15,000 applicants, 3,900 have been evaluated and 3,400 were deemed ready to move to the next loan application phase. In total, 633 applications have been approved for the fund with the total amount disbursed at P7.7 million. On average, it takes 24 hours for applications to be approved.
Some of the leading funded sectors include agribusiness, manufacturing and services.
