Letlole La Rona has appointed Rowesai Mosarwe and Dr Neltah Tshepiso Mokgware Monosi to its board of directors, effective 2 March 2026.
Mosarwe joins the board with more than 22 years of leadership experience spanning financial management, corporate governance, operations and organisational transformation across multiple industries, including financial services and consulting.
A chartered accountant, she previously served as group chief financial officer and chief operating officer within a major pan-African insurance broking group with revenues exceeding P100 million. In those roles, she led mergers, integrations and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives while overseeing strategy, capital allocation and risk management.
Her experience also includes designing group-wide financial systems, governance frameworks and digital transformation programmes, while working closely with boards and executive leadership teams to deliver long-term performance. Mosarwe holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Botswana and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Joining her on the board, Mokgware-Monosi brings more than a decade of experience in the real estate and built-environment sector, covering asset management, facilities management, academia and strategic project leadership.
She holds a PhD in real estate and has worked across several organisations including Tempest Gold, Standard Chartered Bank Botswana, RDC and Knight Frank, where she contributed to property optimisation, asset performance analysis and facilities operations across large corporate real estate portfolios.
Mokgware-Monosi has also held academic roles as a lecturer, researcher and visiting scholar in South Africa and Nigeria, contributing to curriculum development and research in the property sector. Her work includes involvement in professional bodies and governance structures across African and international real estate organisations.
