Stanbic Bank Botswana has appointed Ms. Matshidiso Kereteletswe as the bank's new Head of Technology & Operations.
In a press release, the bank said Ms. Kereteletswe will play a vital role in driving holistic and sustainable progress in the Bank's transformation agenda by supporting the Bank's strategy around local capacity building, unlocking the full potential of teams and business as well as promulgating sustainable value creation for and with all stakeholders through the right technology and sound operational practices.
For his part, Stanbic Bank Botswana CEO Mr. Chose Modise mentioned that the Bank is thrilled to have Ms. Kereteletswe back at the Bank in such a key role and that the appointment goes in line with Stanbic's inclusive diversity agenda, which see Ms. Kereteletswe become part of its almost gender paried 15 member Country Leadership Committee (CLC).
Ms. Kereteletswe, who has over 26 years of experience in the corporate world, joins Stanbic Bank from First National Bank Botswana where she was Chief Operations Officer.
