Frank Dalo has been appointed as the executive director of the BIHL Group effective from 26 May 2025.
Dalo was appointed as BIHL's new CFO following the exit of the former CFO, Kudakwashe Mukushi.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (UK), with a Master of Science in Actuarial Science and a Bachelor’s Degree double major in Physics and Mathematics. He has held various senior positions in the insurance and financial services industries, and his extensive experience in risk management, financial forecasting, and strategic planning.
Some of his previous stints in his 19 years of experience include at Delloite UK, HSBC, and Botswana Life.
"The Board of Directors is confident that actuarial expertise and leadership will contribute significantly to the company's success," BIHL said.
