PrimeTime Property Holdings Limited has appointed Kamogelo Mowaneng as its chief financial officer, effective 1 October 2026, bringing an experienced property investment executive into the Botswana Stock Exchange-listed company’s leadership team.
Mowaneng is a chartered accountant registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow Certified Professional Accountant of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants. She is also a member of the Institute of Directors South Africa.
She brings more than a decade of experience in BSE-listed property investment and management companies, having held executive positions ranging from chief financial officer to chief executive officer.
Mowaneng began her career as an external auditor at Deloitte in Johannesburg before moving to Deloitte Botswana, where she rose to the position of audit manager. She subsequently transitioned into the real estate sector, taking up senior leadership roles in property investment and management.
Her experience spans strategy development and execution, financial reporting, treasury management, capital raising, investment appraisal, risk management and corporate governance.
Mowaneng holds a Bachelor of Business Science with Honours in Finance, a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting and a Certificate in Property Development and Investment from the University of Cape Town. She has also completed an Executive Leadership Programme at Oxford University, alongside training in corporate governance and ethical leadership.
The board said her combination of accounting expertise, commercial experience and financial leadership would support PrimeTime in delivering its strategic objectives while maintaining high standards of financial reporting and corporate governance.
The appointment comes as PrimeTime continues to operate in Botswana’s property investment and management sector, where financial management, capital allocation and investment decisions are central to the performance of property portfolios.
