Cresta has appointed Reetsang Mokgatlhe as the chair of the board of directors, effective from 21 August 2025.
Mokgatlhe is the Managing Director of Prax Botswana and former Non-Executive Chairman of FAR Property Company.
He holds a Master of Science in Transport Economics (Cranfield Institute of Technology, UK) and has held executive roles across the aviation and petroleum sectors in Africa and Europe, including as CEO of Shell Namibia, Shell Botswana, Air Botswana, and founding CEO of Botswana Oil Limited.
He brings extensive board experience from listed companies and state-owned enterprises, including the BSE, Botswana Development Corporation, and the National Development Bank.
"The Board welcomes Mr. Mokgatlhe and looks forward to his contribution," the board statement read.
